I plan on cutting down my old UV acrylic case with a dremel into a watercooling radbox for my radiators and pump. Can anyone tell me how or send me links to guides on how to cut acrylic in straight lines? Thank you.

Slug is right, High tooth count and NO RAKE in the teeth!
Acrylic specific table saw blades can be pricey, but thats beause they last until the end of time. You can also use a scoring knife and a straight edge to score and break acrylic.

Metal cutting blades (as I said in another post) work well, as long as they are above 36 teeth an inch, less and you WILL snag, and crack the plastic, I find using the jigsaw on high, but moving forward medium slow (as compared to how fast it COULD go) works the best, but it usually requires you to cut twice because the melted plastic ends up behind it melted to either side. Once you learn how to cut, you'll start to not get this.

When cutting acrylic with a jigsaw I get the best results with a wood scroll-cut blade. It has small triangular teeth that cut while the blade is moving in both directions and it's low surface area produces less friction related melting.

I almost always used a plexi cutting knife for cutting straight cuts. Works great.
