Project: Bender 2 - ..::1 and 1/2 meter Mod!::.. -

Guess what I'm going to do with these!

nothing.... allright.... let's going on...

I build these round discs using 5mm plexy, drawing them first



Then I aproximately cut them with the dremel



and putting them on it I made then perfectly rounded



These discs need a lot of polish...

I used a 3mm iron string to make the finger to be flexible






With some hit with the hammer the disc won't slide away!



Now using one of the bigger discs at the end of the finger and with two of those inside the tube I created a flexible finger.
I put inside a colored little tube just for a test . All the colors until now are not definitive.



Thanks to the iron string the fingers will be flexible

 

Searching at the supermarket i found this!





once drawed the cutting line, I cut the upper part

 

Just for a test, I cut a plexyglass disc and I made a center hole for put togheter the parts and 3 holes for the fingers

Here's what these pieces became
