    Its a trick for hard drives going bad, some times if u leave it in the freezer for a few hours (in a sealer bag) it will give the hard drive a bit more life, enough to copy some data off anyway...

    but this guy is a prat an forgot the bag, so im not even gona bother explaining what will happen to the hard drive, im sure you guys can work it out.

    Hmm... and I'm seeing [H] has a "DEAD THREAD" across the reply button. I think recent events should force us into adopting a similar vb hack.

    This is the problem with :search: - by default, you don't see threads older than two months. Searching will bring out quite the back catalog, however.
