Apple iCal and Outlook?

Situation - I use iCal on my mac for scheduling of appointments and such. I have never tried to synch it with outlook so im curious if it will even work. If not, is there any PC calender programs that will synch with iCal?

the format iCal saves in is the defacto standard for calenders so I would assume outlook can inport iCal files.

 

Try the above first.
But microsoft has a outlook version for mac, called Entourage.
And there are a bunch of programs to export/import/sync between iCal and Entourage.
So maybe they can help you out.
