    Hi, I was wondering, what you use when spaning large gaps with bondo?

    It would depend on what your bondoing. Placing a mesh or a piece of something across the back of the hole is good. That will give the bondo something to hold to.

    check out Project : FX-57 by Tech-Daddy. On page 3 he shows how he created his scoop....might be usefull, if your planing on bondoing larger areas.

    I read it, the mod looks nice. I have another bondo question, can it be applied to plastic or plexi-glass?

    Hi Windwakerfan,
    For your question can bondo be applied to plastic/acrylic, the answer is yes. You may want to roughen the areas first with sandpaper to give the bondo something to stick on.
    When it comes to bondo, I always look at Defyant's mods. His mods are all well documented (with great pictures). You can learn a lot about bondo from his mods.
