News Wii will be released in the US first

I doubt they would modify Mario Kart as Double dash for cube had online play. Hopefully they can make that work with the wii but I guess I shouldn't hold my breath.

Im really excited about tomorrows announcements and I'm just hoping that it's UK price and release date will be this year. The g/f is ready to reserve as soon as pre-orders open too

I can see this getting released next year in Europe. Prepare to be shafted.

I bet they will be bitching about it though, hopefully they will move to EU first next time

 

I really hope ninty wins this round as they are doing everything right. A good system at a great price on time and with innovative features. If there was any justince in the world we would be talking about the Wii's Pwnage of Sony and MS in January

It has completely convinced me that this will be my first console.

 

That is way too much for that system, and with the 360 costing the same (after the rumored $50 price drop) there is just no reason to get this system. I def. will when it hits $100 like the GameCube tho'.

Not as cheap as hoped, but not as expensive as it could have been. If I didn't own a 360, the £20 price difference between the Wii and 360 core would be a no brainer and the 360 would be the prefered console. Let's hope that it has a price drop in the not too distant future.
