The web is full of lots of niche gaming websites, usually they are pretty small and get dwarfed by sites like IGN, Gamespot and the like. I was just wondering what (smaller) sites you like to use to get your gaming news.

    www.kotaku.com
    www.joystiq.com

Only two sites I really need since they do alot of "live webblogging" from events such as E3 and TGS but they also have alot of linked news coverage.

IGN is a shite site and I personally don't care for Gamespot.

used to go on www.gamingsteve.com occasionally but I usually just stick with gamespy.

I also like to check out http://www.ctrlaltdel-online.com/ online web comic but it's also got gaming news stuff at sister site www.cad-media.com

For the 360 I also like to look at www.360monster.com they're also bringing out sites for Wii and PS3.

A friend of mine helps run a small site dedicated to PC and xbox/xbox 360 gaming http://www.xequted.com/ although it seems to have almost died now, the forums are pretty barren.

Can't believe nobody has said this! :D

Seriously, I get most of my gaming news from you guys, but if I want to watch a review or download I hop over to Gamespot.

I rarely go on smaller gaming site because they always seem to behind the news or out-dated, 1-0 to the big companies then.

    http://www.boardgamegeek.com :D - me runs & hides

But seriously, when I hear of a game I might like (most often through friends or sites like bit-tech) I search and usually end up at sites dedicated to just that game (like this one)
