Yeah, but a Fiesta wouldn't look much different.

My parents drive 4x4s because they like the ride height and because there easyier to get into and out of because you dont have to bend down low.

There comfy too just been out today and i think were getting the VW Toureg which is really nice imo.l

Don't you get the ride height and ease of access in a good MPV?

Well you could equally say what's the point of having an MPV if you have one child....who's 19....

Might as well just go for the 4x4...

And I don't think the ride height of an MPV is comparable to a 4x4..

The point is that a MPV such as say a Senic has the higher seating postion but not so high liek in most 4x4 that you have to step up too far unlike most 4x4 ive been in. Also as well as the higher ride height with an MPV you get more 30 odd miles to gallon rather and 14ish.

They'd be better off with a VW Sharan. I really see no point in buying a Toureg since if you wanted to go off road and had any sense you'd buy a Land Rover.

Sharan TDI would be MUCH cheaper to run (tyres, fuel), safer, probably faster, probably more comfortable (and better handling) and probably has more space in the back too (they are like a van when you take the seats out).
