I'd recommend www.delviesplastics.com and get their cast acrylic, it works way better than the extruded. For cutting, you can use a regular table saw, jig saw, etc. The cast acrylic works almost like wood and doesn't melt or anything when you cut it like the extruded does.

For a window, 1/8 inch is fine. Not sure what you're plans are for the front though.

I like your design. My only suggestion is to make the front plexi curve in underneath the USB port section, then it would be perfect.

I really like the front design the way it is. You might want to mirror the front design more on the side though by repeating the diagonal part. Just a though. The front looks really good the way it is though.

Just a warning: The Antec P180 is not an easy case to add windows to because of it's sandwhich of materials.

I think I like your original design better (where the line on the lower right is straight down and doesn't directly follow the outer edge). Just my 2 cents.

are those vent holes in the front? if so you will have some problems cutting it. lexan pushes like crazy when you cut that stuff.

I get all my stuff from these guys, but they are local so that probably doesn't help considering i'm in indiana.
