Alright, so I am building a little single-speed as a spare/winter bike, and I honestly cannot decide upon what colour to paint the frame. Right now it is a dark brown, but something about it bugs me, and I am not sure what it is.

Anyway, I was wondering if somebody could mock me up a picture of the bike in a couple different colour combo's, just so I could get an idea what it would look like. Any ideas or suggestions are more than welcome.

First idea was matte-black base with a matte-white air-brushed layer starting from the front, fading out about half way down the top/down tube.

    Second was just all matte-white/black.

    Third was chrome. Yes, chrome.

That is the best I could get for right now, will try for something better once the weather clears up, and I am not working the closing shift.

    Much thanks.

You know, I really do like that. Maybe a really dark, glossy red though... Maroon type of thing. Haven't owned a red bike in far too many years...

    Thanks.

Yeah, about that... I'm more for darker colours, plus it will most likely end up as one of my two winter bikes, so bright colours don't really work all that well (get too dirty too quickly). Like the two-tone idea though, and how you cut it.
