   I'm looking to buy a lcd tv. thats cheep and works good.
   i found this Sceptre Naga 23" http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16889112020 looks okay but i've never owned a hd/lcd tv before. so the question is. would this be a good tv? or should i look els where?
