    why did you use granite that thick??? couldn't you have found something thinner

    The thickness right now is 2cm's.
    You cant find slates thinner then 2cm, and it will break more easyer.

    nice comeback lol but then you have trouble moving that if ur going to college

    Well, thank you all for the great comments!
    Material is not saying everything....i'm loosing from an aluminium case in the mod of the month election L0ol :dremel:

    I just like very special things, in my case i used granite, because i can get my hands on it very easy, and we have al the diamond tools etc.

    And yes i'm 18 years old right now.
    I started this project in february 2006, so 2 years of work on this case.

    During the process of building this case i learned alot about working with stone, and i can use this in the future when i'm going to work in the company.
