The next Team Fortress 2 update is on the way and the Pyro-centric patch should be with gamers on Thursday.

I'm really happy this is coming so soon, it seemed like it took the medic update agggges. Pyro is my favourite class as well
I wish they would make the weapons available to everyone though. I don't enjoy aiming for achievements, they're fun to get, but not when it's specifically to unlock something else. If they balanced the new weapons properly it makes sense for me to have everyone try them. I bet there's less than 1% of TF2 players that got all of the medic achievements =/

TF2 is weak. It's all about TFC. I still refuse to play TF2 and would rather watch TFC get shut down by Valve than to play TF2.

Old school gamers can appreciate sticking to a game until it is completely gone, and not changing to some cheap substitute.

 

Good for you, now the rest of us can enjoy tf2 with out being pestered by snobby tfc players.

 

is this a PC update or 360?

 

Pc though 360 gamers will i think be getting this in a couple months but i may be wrong. I must admit i'm still missing a couple of the medic ones blah but i do like how it's all about the choas on release day, i can't wait for loads of pyro on pyro violence. To all you "old Skool gamerz" evolution is the buzz word, you need to stop holding on to you're TFC or even CS 1.6 like fanatical zealots and embrass change.

 

was hard enough gettin medic achievements playing alone....i just unlocked 1st weapon and now I have to do the pyro........any1 up for an achievement run?

its a great idea, makes you feel as if accomplished something once you have unlocked a gun but....to little time....any1 wanna jam tf2? add me, am on steam bittech community as grommit

Sounds cool, although I actually got bored of TF2 a while ago now. It was fun for a bit, but I very quickly realised the specific bits of the game I enjoyed the most, and as such found myself 90% of the time getting bored or fustrated at stupid team mates. I guess once you achieve about 30 kills in as many seconds as a Heavy, not a lot can offer you a more satisfying experience.

 

you can just go and do some rude things to yourself. TF2 is awesome, far better than the original for the lack of grenades if nothing else.

This is perfect, my last A2 exam on thursday, then a night of partying, then burning of a hangover with a flamethrower in hand, perfect

 

I played TF2 for a bit back in October when I got the Orange Box... In fact, that was while it was still in Beta..

I've not played since, I still much prefer CSS.

 

How can you say that about TF2 , TF2 is why i am a hardcore gamer! MERKiN have you even played TF2!!!

Always look forward to the extra content for TF2, fun game, but with the added content, just help its from geting stale.

 

ive not actually bothered with tf2 since getting hte orangebox, i guessi should install it and give it a try

 

Awesome news. I always thought the pyro was a bit weak, but it's my favortie class, so I'm looking so much forward to this. :-D
