One of those big round Zalman cpu coolers would be sweet looking. You could mount it to the top of the pump/reservoir. Hard part would be cutting the heat pipes and keeping it looking good.

    Hi again

Thanks barry for the idea, I'll consider it.

After checking that is resistant paint, I painted the laptop :naughty:

    That's how it is:

    [IMG][IMG]

When it's dry, i'll give several layers of lacquer.

Moreover i'll use this thermometer from an hd cooler like this for knowing the CPU and GPU temps.

I have already thought how I am going to put in the laptop :dremel:

??? Did you cut and drain the heat pipes? That's some hardcore modding!
I'm dissapointed that it's an AC aquarium pump. I thought you had found some unheard of DC-self-contained unit at that size. -Still, one that tiny is impressive. The aquarium industry here thinks they have to take up half the tank with pump.
I'm glad you like my pump top.:D It's getting a little big to be honest...

    yes man!
I used a cooler like this.
it's bad cooler but i think it runs better as radiator than as cooler :hehe:
I have already finished painting the laptop. it's already assembled and running. I also added the thermometer. :D

    some pics:

    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]
I painted 5 layers of lacquer (until it has finished the spray)
How do you think it looks? i like it

i have this other pump. it works with DC but i think that isn't good quality. it appears that the engine is not brushless. what do you think about it? What is better?

Whoa dude! That is immense :thumb: That is something to be proud of.

The paint job looks superb, and the quality of the craftsmanship is awesome. I like how you have embedded the thermometer into the casework.

Based on mere instinct, I think you'll be better off with your first pump - which displaces the most liquid, and which runs quietest?

    thanks
the first pump is quiet but has little flow and very low pressure. The other pump is the opposite that this.

    Hi

sorry for by so long time without news

I have working hard for make the watercooling module have is ready for Campus Party modding contest

I finished on time and this is the result:
Making the reservoir support with a cover from package of dvd's
    [IMG][IMG]

placing the reservoir and radiator. i used a box from broken PSU for the chassis.
    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

making and placing the coupling support
    [IMG][IMG]

Placing the cooler. it works at 12VDC but the pump runs at 12VAC for this reason I should make a power supply that can draw AC and DC voltages.
    [IMG][IMG]

Finishing it. I didn't finish it with absolute detail because I didn't have enought time :duh:, but it's work well. The temps of GPu have fallen from 65-70 to 35 on full working. :brrr:

wow, this is some awe inspiring work!

    Like someone else asked:
What GPU is in the laptop?

And what kind of temperatures are you seeing with the watercooling turned off?
