Got any pets?

Only the dust bunnies currently, although I have a nice acrylic aquarium to set up soon.

 

lol, I have 3 dust bunnies and they're all called Thumper.

I wanna kitteh.

My brothers caught a huge Texas sized bull frog in Texas when we were kids. They didn't have a separate cage, so they put the frog in with the king snake. When they came home they blamed me for letting the frog escape.... until they looked into the screened cage a little closer.

The frog was about as big (or bigger) than an American football.

 

The 30 foot Mama for my son's new Burmese Python eats small feeder pigs ~20 to 30 pounds. This snake is 30 feet long and just a lap pet. Does have an appetite though.Pictures of her on one or another camera somewhere. A seriously 4 person load to get back in her travel tank. She is so sweet. Pet her like a dog. She like to cuddle! head is as big as mine. Biggest snake outside of an Anaconda anyone at the expo has evahr seen.

How'd they catch it?

 

They used a long handled pole with a deep, net hoop at the end.

They also used to go frog gigging with frog gigs.

Ever see frog legs jumping around in the fry pan?

 

I've had a dog, 2 cats, 2 hamsters, a gerbal. Currently have a dog, and 2 beta fish. The dog is about 8 months old, and she's a miniature Maltese.
Her names Abby, she's around 6 - 7 pounds, an she shouldn't get much bigger. She's probably just over a foot long.

i got a venus fly trap called Maurice. Marurice has eaten flies, wasps and moths. I caught a bee last night and tried to feed it to him. Maurice clamped down on the bee, which after 20 minutes of stuggling AMAZINGLY managed to free it self. so i caught it again and fed it to another open leaf. come back in the morning and AGAIN the bee freed itself! I gotta say, bees are tough. i love Maurice though. he's so cool.

 

Yay for Maurice and his consumption of wasps.

Just 1 dog now, her sister had to be put down a little while back.

 

2 Spiders, we did have 3 but one died.

 

3 cats. Planning to acquire a chinchila! Fluffy little pets, but i'll have to put it away from the cats
