I don't think it will be as good but I'll definitely give it a try.

It sounds like it will play just like COD4 but during WWII.

    I think I'll give that a miss.
The series went downhill since the original IMO.

WW2? Snore. The next one by Infinity Ward is the one I'd look forward to.

A good Vietnam COD would be awesome but so far vietnam themed games have failed. NAM (Platoon) on the DUKE3D engine was the last good Vietnam game. BF Vietnam was ok but lacked a single player mode. A vietnam game on the crytek engine would be outstanding.

I'd like to see a future-realistic CoD game. A game set in reality, possibly 20 years into the future, with a realistic vision of how the world could be during that time period. Weapons and Vehicles would still be reminiscent of today's. They could just go swing by the DARPA website and find a bunch of weapons projects and basically make a lot of the future weapon prototypes a reality. Mix up some conflict and you're golden. It wouldn't be completely sci-fi like Battlefield 2142, but it would of course have some stuff that we'd consider futuristic by today's standards.

I mean, how many times can you shoot an STG44 or a Thompson Sub Machine Gun before it gets boring and typical. IMO CoD4 was a huge step forward for the CoD franchise and CoD5 just seems like just as huge of a step backwards in terms of creativity and freshness. After being so overexposed to WWII shooters what can Treyarch do to make me want to care about their game?

Playing it now and it's...pretty much cod4 with different weapons and slightly worse graphics. Definitely feels like the cod4.5 that I guess it is.

Also can anyone tell me if the Marine Raider voice is Kiefer Sutherland?
