    im just trying to find out if there any good he will just be using it for the internet. (will be using three's mobile broadband) So if u have one or have used on pleas let me one wot there like. :)

    Isn't that one of the chinese knockoffs? "32bit CPU" wha?

    My suggestion is EEE PC901. Costs a bit more but quality etc would be much better.

    get either a Asus 700 series or an Acer aspire one, maybe an MSI wind.

    the 'no name' netbooks are little bit of a rip off in terms of specification.

    For a start it only has 128MB ram which, although it is running Linux, is a bit low.

    ok thanks i told him he is better off saving a bit more and getting a eee. i will all so have a look at your over suggestions
