Hey everyone, For my scrap build i am planning on using 320 controllable LED lights in blocks of 10 to build create a lighting affect that flashes to the sound of music ( no the horrible movie). so basically 32 controllable blocks of 10 LED's. I will be using a program called Discolitez which is a winamp add on that uses the printer port to control up to 32 light systems. This is the Circuit that i was planning on using, it is old but i am 99.9% sure it works. The 7434 latch could be replaced with these UCN-5801 latches which i also know will work, these latches enable lights that required higher power to be controlled. now the problem i am having is that the UCN-5801 latches have been discontinued and replaced. So what i need is a new set of latches that will work the same as the original latches and be able to run up to or over 100 ultra bright LED lights from each latch so up to around 400 LED lights. If anyone could help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated. Please excuse my nubness with this level of electronics. Thanks to ozliteguy for the diagrams. These are the two websites i got my info from, http://www.retro-riders.com/retrotech/discolitez/index.html http://www.discolitez.com/ Thanks, Region
