Ive been trying several times to spray the inside of of my full tower chieftec casing but it always end up as a failure... with several coats of paint I can still scratch the paint off easily with my nails alone... Then I tried to use a primer, but the paint still comes of tho abit more difficult... how many layers do I have to spray before the paint becomes strong enough to withstand the everyday knocks and scratches inside the casing? do I have to sand the inside surfaces before spraying so as to create some 'texture' for the paint to 'grip'?
yes. sand, clean it thourhoughly, put the recomended layers that the paint can says, and put some sort of sealer/clear coat on it that should be good.... right? any other opinoins?
erm... now that my entire cases covered with a layer of scratchable paint...whats the easirst way to remove it?
well I painted the inside of my case and I've put 2 coats of primer, about 10 of paint and 3 clear coats. hope it helps
Ok... Im really doing it slow now... currently on the 5th layer of primer...very thin ones tho... 10 layers of paint!?!?! thats helluva lot... depends on the outcome maybe I might have 10 too... anyway Ive removed the paint with 3M 30 grit paint stripping pads... very happy cos it removes the old layer of paint and also scratches the original surface for some 'texture'... problem is some corners cannot reach, but I believe thats not much of a problem since they are unreachable, therefore pretty safe... Thanks for all the help guys...
