Overclocking Overclocking on an intel d975xbx

    I picked up a cheap C2D machine last night, and it has an intel d975xbx motherboard. I can't spot anything in the bios to allow me to overclock - is it even possible?

    I think that's the 2nd rev of my board? I wonder if I can get a bios update.

    I had that review in my favourites folder (lol) because I was going to buy it about 18 months ago.(ended up with intels P35 board which had ZERO overclockng options)
    I remember it was the only XBX2 board on intels site at that time so dont know if there was a model before that
    Check intels site as you should be to get a bios from there

    just checked could only see the XBX2
