Very impressed! It just goes to show, the right mix of shots and music can make any film into any other film haha

That's EPIC. It looks like a completely different film.. Almost like, Wall-E done by American McGee. :D

That was a mish mash of Wall-E clips to a smashing pumpkins song.

    I was expecting something, good.

Very cool. I love both of those films though, so any half-decent mashup would win me over. :D

What amazed me was how by simply adding the right track and making a few careful choices about which clips to cut together you can make even the most sugary coated films look quite menacing.

One clip that always sticks in my mind (alas not recorded) was watching the Trumpton firemen do their Hugh, Pugh, Pugh, Barney, McGrew, Cutherbert, Dibble, Grub routine to George Baker's Little Green Bag and was astounded to see that they were in almost perfect time. For those of you who don't get what I mean, Little Green Bag is the tune played whilst the characters in Resevoir Dogs are introduced to the viewer.

Does anyone know of its existance in You Tube land? It was part of a BBC promo for upcoming programmes a few years ago and I only ever caught it twice.

Other than the text font/colour and the title presentation at the end, I fail to see what that has to do with Watchmen.

They could've at least left Pruitt Igoe by Philip Glass on the soundtrack, which was the original track on the Watchmen trailer, and is better than The Smashing Pumpkins.

Films typically have more than 1 theatrical teaser/trailer . That video was based on the first Watchmen trailer (shown before TDK in IMAX):

I doubt it was the fact you didn't like a video that made him do that... probably just your whole "downer" attitude. It isn't usually that popular at parties ;)
