News 2K unveils BioShock 2 multiplayer

2K Games has revealed a number of details about the multiplayer segment of BioShock 2, including setting, features and developer.

 

Hmmmm, I can see this either being awesome or a complete waste of time ala The Darkness MP

As you can see, julian is excited by this news.

 

Meh, I don't do multiplayer that much, so I'd rather they focus all their attention (and finances) on making the single player campaign as awesome as possible. However, seeing as how someone else is doing the actual MP, then this need not affect the SP portion. Don't care that much about MP though.

Well as for me, i don't have many online friends that care to play as much as I do. I am with Journeyer, and hoping that the single player will be as fun as the previous was.

Good to see they are working hard though...

 

Yeah that's what I think a lot when I play lots of games, The Darkness is a great example of this. The only reason to put MP in is if it's either a very good MP and not some tacked on rubbish (such as CoD4, Rainbow Six Vegas, Company of Heroes, etc.) or does something a bit different and special (such as L4D).
