    Yes the GPU should be, but it will be integrated graphics, and not a dedicated card.

    I hate how it is the same PC, but they word it defferently. so its sill the atom ION?

    Ah, wait no its not, The Ebuyer on uses a Nvidia 9400, whilst the scan uses a nvidia ION.

    Wiki article.

    9400M is just the name of the GPU, Ion is the name of the platform which also includes the motherboard, CPU and RAM.
