Ram you'll want dual channel not triple, cooler you'd be better of with a titan fenrir and your PSU is way overkill, something closer to 500W would be suitable. oh and the 2TB ecogreen drive isnt great, avoid low power drives as they'll make barely any difference at all comparitavely in terms of power saving but are a lot slower, better of with a 1TB samsung spinpoint F3, if you need 2TB buy 2 and RAID them. If you changed your CPU to an i5 750 also which is £10 cheaper and has double the core count, the one you selected has a built in GPU which you wont use due to having the 4890.
Thanks for your help, how does this look now?: Case: Coolmaster Elite 330 Motherboard : Asus P7P55D Deluxe Intel P55 (Socket 1156) DDR3 Motherboard [90-MIB8M0-G0EAY00Z] Memory : Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (CMX4GX3M2A1600C8) [CMX4GX3M2A1600C8] HDD : Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache - OEM (HD103SJ) [HD103SJ] Backup HDD : Western Digital My Book Elite 1TB USB2.0 External Hard Drive (WDBAAH0010HCH-EESN) [WDBAAH0010HCH-EESN] Processor : Intel Core i5 750 2.66Ghz (Lynnfield) (Socket LGA1156) - Retail [BV80605001911AP] Optical drive : Pioneer BDR-S03XLB 8x BD-ReWriter / 16x DVD±RW Drive - Black (Retail) Graphic card : XFX ATI Radeon HD 4890 OC 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card [HD-489X-ZSQC] Cooling : Titan TTC-NK85TZ Fenrir CPU Cooler (Socket 754/939/940/AM2/LGA775/LGA1366) [TTC-NK85TZ] PSU : Coolermaster Silent Pro Modular 500W Power Supply Mouse + keyboard : Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700 v2 (M7A-00027) [M7A-00027] monitor : Acer H243HBbmid 24" Widescreen LCD Monitor [ET.FH3HE.B02]
Looks great. How much is all that coming too? Looking back and as SMC8788 stated, your prices seemed very high, it might be worth shopping around a few sites and seeing if you can pick anything up on offer.
total after edited spec comes to : £1288.37 Now that I know this spec is good, I will search around and find the components cheaper. Thanks so much for all your help

Optical drive, back-up and graphics card seem quite expensive. Blu-ray drive should be about £80, do you really need a Blu-ray burner with a back-up HDD? For a back-up it may be cheaper to buy a 3.5" drive then buy a caddy seperately then put it together yourself. Graphics card should be around £130, don't bother paying extra for the OC'd one as you could do it yourself for nothing.
well I will need a blu-ray burner as I will be filming in HD and will need to burn onto blu-ray disc. I have changed the backup to the same HDD as the primary one and what would be a good GPU?
Ah sorry, if you need the burner then by all means go for it. http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Icy-...-enclosure-with-USB-20-and-eSATA-Hosinterface This enclosure is win if your not sure which, it's the one I have coupled with my backup F1 drive. GPU wise it depends on your resolution but based on the price you specified a 5770 wouldnt go wrong.
