I used to have a fan just like that... but ducted down to 60-70mm so it just blew on the hsf. I'll look around to see if I got any pictures. Worked damn well.

imagine if you ducted that huge fan down to a nice 80mm size... you could create quite impressive gusts of wind with that... prolly knock someones hat off from a long way away... Ubermich, i have some sort of a limiter at least on my profile which prevents me from making two posts within 30 seconds or somin... it gets annoying when i'm working on the replies to several threads at the same time and when i do actually finally get around to clicking the POST button, i get that annoying message... and i get to wait for 20 seconds or so...
