Shame, I was thinking BC2 could do with more urban levels.

Still, if it's decently priced (and reviews well)...

E3 announcement trailer (basically a teaser):

Could be good, kind of removes the thrill of destroying buildings though and the dynamic cover this entails. Need to wait and see though.

There needs to be a Strike at Karkand equivalent tbh :D

+1 for Strike at Karkand
It was the only BF2 map I played for a while.

Here's hoping they bring back the radio they had in choppers in BF:Vietnam. Being able to fly across a map with things like "War" or "Ride of the Valkyries" blaring out never got old.

Iir, the Hue 1968 and Quang Tri maps were urban in the original BF:V. To be honest though, I'd just be happy with a remake of Operation Irving.

Well that excites me to no end. BF:V I always thought was underrated.

hopefully there won't be more Laguna Presa type multiplayer maps, it's just way too messy. it feels like never ends with 5 bases and terrible level design with sun in defender's eye when trying to counter snipe. worst of all, too much foliage for sniping, but too little for cover, just terrible.

Port Valdez and Arica Harbour are the best, well balanced vehicles and infantry, with clear flanking opportunities and sniping positions.

but being Vietnam, it'd probably be more foliage, less urban. :( i'll probably pass on this one.

Operation Irving for me too, would love to play that again with full destruction. Is their gonna be a single player to go with it?

to be honest id rather they fix BC2 first then work on an expansion for it which given its set over 30years ago doesnt really blend well i dont think as you are going to have to level up yet more skills for the better weapons

I've already removed that incomplete joke of a game that is BC2 with intention of reinstalling.

Any idea whether the PC players will have to pay for it or just get it for free, especially if we got the limited edition pack.

Seems like a brilliant idea but I'm not sure yet. I'll wait on how it actually turns out, what percentage of people I know with BC2 actually buy it and what the pricetag is.
