    Seems like a good idea for the great unwashed to embrace, I'll be sticking with CD's though.

    Actually I had a look through the genre section and I think they have a really good varied selection of music and not just pop.
    This is an amazing idea and I'd rather give some of my money to charity instead of itunes anyday!

    I had a look at this site and you can search based on genre. So there are loads of choices not just pop.

    I really like this idea as we get to send some of the money to charity and not all to itunes.

    Another place that lets me play for lossly music I can get for free in losless and they wonder why these methods do not work...

    this just goes to show that itunes and the likes could still be making a worthwile profit if they dropped their prices. Though i'd much ratherpay for this than itunes. Still a high bitrate mp3 track is nothing compared to FLAC or OGG which is what i want!

    Actually, beyond 320kbps you can barely hear the difference. Especially considering that most of the time we will be listening to the music on the go. There won't be that many of us walking around with Edition 8 class headphones..

    Of course if you're one of those at home with speakers that cost more than a small car, records are the way to go.

    yeah, i stand corrected, not just pop, but it's no Beatport.
