Development request for a specific logo - made or a tutorial on how to make it

I am after a small tutorial on how to make a certain flash logo I
am after. The logo will look something similer to this.

where of course it would be made in flash.

What I am after is - - -
you see the round circle going over the .com area,
well I would actually like that to look like it is behind the name but
the rest of the circle as normal. The arror there as you can
see I would like to be able to make it so that it will be going
around the circle with a faded out lighter blue color.
If someone can either make the logo for me to use then
write a tutorial on how to make it or mabye just make a
tutorial (unless one is already out there) then I would be very greatfull.
Oh incase you wondering this is some of the design
that the logo will be going with

yeh it is similer to what I want.
you don't by anychance think you could have a go at what I am after then write a tutorial for me do you?

yeh that is 70% of what I am after,
now some things in which I would like you to edit if you don't mind

1. make the lines the arrow is made out of a bit thinner same
with the circle around my name can you make that line a bit thinner.

2. can you make it so that a fading lighter blue say ...... as long
as those dots flow behind the arrow, but make it so that the end
of the fading line behind the arrow fades out to match the main
color of the circle.

3. the circle around the name could you possibly make it so
that it is a bit smaller? also possibly change the color of the circle
and arror a more lighter blue?

last but not least could you possibly make a tutorial on how you
made that for me so I can practice, unless of course it will
take you too long.

I haven't really got the time to edit it at the moment, but when I get home I'll upload the .fla for you to edit. Its not too complicated to work through.

I'm not going to write a tutorial to do it, but go through the animation lessons of flash five and do the one where the bird follows the motion guide. That will show you how to do it if you want to again [Make sure when you edit the tweening properties (in the frame tab) you have it set to motion, no rotate, and orientate to path.]
