Join us for the Western Digital Speed Triathlon @ the Trocadero tomorrow!

Due to the incredible response we have had to the Western Digital Speed Triathlon competition we recently ran here on bit-tech, we've managed to secure some additional places at the Western Digital Speed Triathlon day at the world-famous Trocadero Centre in Piccadilly, London. Attendees stand to win:

    • A gaming PC (overall winner -courtesy of Scan)
    • A Western digital Velociraptor Hard Drive (10 available)
    • A Sharkoon 5.1 gaming headset (10 available)

HMV promises to send every attendee home with a newly released game.

On the day you will need to bring the following with you:

    - Proof of ID (must show your birthday to prove you are over the age of 18) Failure to do so, may result in you being unable to access the event. (Driving licence, passport etc)

    - Train receipts from your journey to and from the event. You will be reimbursed after the event (Maximum value of GBP 50).

Also note we reserve the right to refuse entry to the event at our discretion.

    Running order of the day:

    11:30am - 12pm Arrival Time

12pm - Briefing on the day activities

    1pm - Gaming commences

Okay, so my transport is going to be... stressed. >.>

If you could let them know I may be a tiny bit late. The only affordable method of getting down lands me in St. Pancras by 11:19. 10 minutes to get to the Troc is a bit tight.

DON'T START WITHOUT ME. YOU WILL SEE ME I AM LANKY HAVE LONG HAIR AND WEAR BEANIES.

Right, time to set off. 20 minutes into Cas, then another 20 to the Xscape, knowing my buses and luck. Call it and hour. Gives me 20 minutes to scarf some food and get my ass on a Megabus.

Dan, thanks for the number! I'll get in touch if I'm having a delay or get lost on the tube or something. Today I am wearing a fetching ensemble of blue jeans, red sleeves, white t-shirt, black overshirt, black beanie, long hair, general sexiness and metal. Probably wearing some big 'phones. If you see me wandering aimlessly around the Troc like a useless Northerner, it's probably best to accost me.

Sounds like the day will be a blast!
