Did you bork it? Hate that :/

Hehe, just kidding - I read about your problems. I also try to keep tinkering with my own daily use machine to a minimum, otherwise it ends up sitting on a shelf in the workshop for weeks or months because I don't have the time to put it back together again  (see above post)

PS: GTX 260 TOP! editions freaking rock. Those 432 stream processors of SLI goodness have been kicking benchmarks up and down my desktop all morning long like they were tumbleweeds! I probably won't ever upgrade the GPUs in this machine again. I really can't see me needing more GPU power than this for a long time... I will probably have a whole new PC before I need anything more powerful GPU-wise in this :) I wish I'd snagged a couple of these for this machine ages ago, instead of messing around with the budget GTS250's which didn't even OC all that well.

Damn right mate! And it absolutely loves the AC Accelero XTREME GTX Pro I have on it, and the identical twin in the slot beside it! :D

Also, holy crap I missed my iTunes library. I've been making do with the server library's playlists played through my laptop and whilst it is bigger, it's not nearly as well organized and also doesn't have any video content. My iTunes library is the result of 5 or 6 years of high quality mp3 and music video collecting, meticulous tagging, naming and artworking. It's one of the few things in life I'm a bit OCD about :p

went to the hospital this morning for my last 'intervention'. They used a balloon to give back the vein it's original diameter. It was a weird feeling but now I am almost done with hospitals besides appointments here and there to tell the doc what's up. The balloon was REALLY weird though haha. The first one too small but I could still the pressure inside of me. She then used a bigger one and... it popped ! haha that was weiiird. The last one was the heavy duty fiberglass model :hehe:

    Over the last 4 months:

7 days and night in the hospital
    5 Thrombolysis
92 Innohep Injections (I do it myself)
    1 angioplasty
    1 radiography
    1 Doppler
35 blood samples (give or take)
about 2500$ of medication and still counting (insurance pays me back 100% now)

So.... yeah, the 50$ ticket is trivial compared to everything I went through over the past few months. My life was not in danger and I was not in huge pain but it was still the first time I ever got health problems, which is always surprising. EDIT: I got mixed up between two replies. I got a ticket today and mentioned it in the "ruining your life" thread ;)

Well, the girl I like asked me down to the SU to join her with the Cheerleader Social. Managed to get a few mates to go down with me so I wasn't the only one sat among jaw droppingly pretty girls.

But yeah, they all left and it left her and one of her mates with us, played a bit of Fifa on the SU projectors.... and well, to cut a long story short, I get the feeling I won't be single much longer...

    Which will be ****ING AWESOME!!

Went on that date, nothing happened, was tempted to tell her everything, but resisted it. Which was a good idea.

You should. You should also get the Core clock on your Maxcore up from the stock 655 MHz (if you've left it there) to above 700... because it'll do it. Easily. Both mine are at 710, 1529 and 1200 on the core, shader and memory respectively... and they are barely audible when playing Crysis on high settings thanks to the AC HSF's :thumb:
