That looks like it could be Tom Berenger (took a while to find the name, he's one of those "oh, that guy" type actors for me ). Don't have a clue about the film though.

 

Correct! I can't remember how many times he says 'funny', but it made me smirk when I first saw it. I almost pissed myself laughing in the scene involving the death of the cat - 'Is it dead?'. And no, I'm not cruel to animals before anyone asks .
