I have a Samsung N150 netbook and so far, I have had no luck with these linux distro's:
    Crunchbang Linux [wireless not working]
    Jolicloud OS [Wireless not working]

I have been running Windows XP on the machine for a few weeks, but it is quite slow..

So if anyone could recommend a Linux distro that works with the hardware of the Samsung N150, consider me your sexy slave.

    Thanks

Ubuntu. I've not come across anything it couldn't handle.

Edit: In fact, Ubuntu Netbook Edition should be your answer.

That can't be right. What process is using it? It might be worth leaving the machine running for a while doing nothing else, just to see if it's compiling things in the background for a while. I know MS do that with some major patches nowadays.

Right, all fixed now, nothing a little updating couldnt fix :')
I am wondering why youtube video is so laggy? I mean.. on Windows 7 Ultimate i could even watch 480p video without lag, and some 720p video's would play smoothy too? on Ubuntu 11.04 i cannot even watch 360p.. :grr:

I'd agree with that, full screening videos is a bit hit and miss on my laptop (running fedora 15)

Darn, I need to overclock this CPU by a few Mhz to get reasonable performance, i cannot live with this, even 240p is choppy :(

For driver support, my first port of call would have been Knoppix. Possibly not ideal as a day-to-day use OS, though.

Well, there's no reason why it couldn't be used day-to-day... It's just a little utilitarian. Because it's intended to be run as a live CD, It's renowned for having excelent driver support.

Kind of irrelevant now though, as you've solved your problem!

I think you only get hardware support in Flash with nvidia drivers. The Intel graphics drivers have always been flaky on Linux.
