Steam BFBC2 CPC Server Sunday Night - go go go!

I used to have a 4870 to play BC2 on, it wasn't half bad at all!

 

I know guys :'( Have a grad to go to. In fact I have 3..

 

Count me out, got work sunday night. Maybe next weekend.

 

I`ll be there hopefully.

 

I'm going to try and make it on as well, not played with you guys yet.

I already have a PSU, HDD, and DVD writer.

The cooler and cpu have arrived, so just waiting for the rest of the bits early next week and then i'll be on late in the week or the weekend.

try use a slightly different name. as soon as you register a name, after a reinstall, you'll loose your certificate, and thus require a password (random generated string)

 

This still going ahead? Running incursions in EVE atm.

i don't know what is it with the Bit-tech/CPC server but my FPS was really low for some reason, i'm averaging 120-90 FPS on any other server, and tonight i've had 80-50 ?
(and of course the usual 0 FPS " for 10 seconds "lag" that only happens on Bit-tech/CPC server)

very frustrating

I was on and off but had some good games, thanks chaps!

 

I have that 10 sec-ish ( lag /ping out 999) problem too, I have it on bit-tech server and ZiiP server , all other servers I have tried are fine. I have no idea why.

 

Was great fun tonight guys.
I ended up getting replaced by a VIP around 22:15 but since I was on from about 19:30 I got a good run before hand.
Managed to rank up once and unlock 4 more bits of kit as well. ^_^

Will definitely aim to join in again next week.

On a side note... I get the random lag spike from time to time as well, though it happens to me on all servers and only lasts for about 4 seconds on my end. Probably something to do with me living in a rural village and having Internet from the dark ages. :\

 

don't mean to be brand-ist, but i've noticed all of you with problems have AMD cards...... try play around with your drivers a bit? people say 11.8 fixes the problem.
