Atomic MPC would be the closest. They do some normal hardware stuff, but also feature heavily some modded cases, and the odd DIY article. http://www.atomicmpc.com.au Drop in to the forums and say hi too!
Maxiumum PC is featuring "Rigs of the Month" that feature cases with mods. Although it's not strictly a modding mag, you might get some ideas on what to do. I think they may teach you how to do some mods in the future.
Thnx, ill see if i can find a copy today and check it out. Anybody know of any others? If this is all there is, maybe somebody should look into starting something up along these lines. I think a magazine devoted to moddin would be good for the scene not to mention advertising of companies' products. Anyway just a thought, thnx for the tip. Btw what does *drop* mean?
