Windows Connecting to the bit tech forum taking longer than it should

    Is it just me? I click the link it my tab to take me to the bit tech forum, and it says connecting for like 5 seconds. Amazon uk, loads instantly, guru3d, same. Am I missing something?

    Come again? All other pages seem to load instantly :confused:

    If you don't run an ad blocker it's likely ad related.

    I only come on here now with my ipad so I get no stupid adverts! Takes ages in the damn pc

    I use adblocker with chrome and Tracking protection with IE it's a shame I have to but it's actually faster since I've started using them.

    Weird, running ad blocker, and it sometimes says connecting for a good few seconds before it shows the page. Not always though.
