Windows HELP! 2nd Hard drive not recognized!!

    I've nearly finished installing and configuring my new PC when I see my 1TB Seagate Barracuda doesn't show up on My computer. I go into device manager to find "ST31000524AS ATA device". When I click "populate" the computer shows the right capacity, but I still cant find it on My computer:wallbash:. What do i do??

    Right click "My Computer" > Manage > Click "Disk Management" on the left > Find your hard drive and make a partition
