Right, I recently bought a SNES cheap 2nd hand, and i got a bunch of games, namely: Street Fighter 2 Mortal Kombat 2 Super Mario World Super Mario Allstars Killer Instinct Flashback Super Mario Im after Zelda, Super Metroid and Secrets Of Mana. But apart from these, what other games do u think I should get. Oh, and yes, i do know that currently on ebay "Secrets of Mana" is going for a minimum of £40
havent played it, but chrono trigger mario kart f-zero starfox donkey kong country 1 2 3 uhh im sure theres more i could think of, but none are coming to me
Heh, we've got all those games bar Flashback (which my mate has... am still trying to get it off him). Errr, Mario Kart is a must-have unless it's the one on the end of your list *delves into box-o-SNES-games by his right foot* Cybernator (cool mech shoot-em-up, ace animation) Super Bomberman 2 (best 16bit incarnation) Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island (one of the prettiest SNES games by far) A few others I remember being really good were: Legend of the Mystical Ninja (why the hell didn't we buy it Stoo, WHY?!?!) Tiny Toons (I think that's what it was... with Buster Bunny, it was real good) Super R-Type (pow pow pow shoot shoot shoot!) and a million RPGs if you have a converter. Last month's issue of EDGE had a great feature. It was mainly about collectible games though, stuff like Harvest Moon, the Final Fantasy games and Terranigma, that kind of thing. I lub our SNES.
It rocked way back... But it really shows it's age now and can be a bit of a dog to play. If you have a widescreen telly I'm sure you can play it in 16:9... The borders are massive.
chrono trigger is best YOU MUST BUY THIS GAME it is probably the best rpg on the snes much better than the FF games on the snes imo and so addictive too f-zero is cool too and r-types best incarnation was on the spectrum ahhhh 16 colour goodness but failing that the snes version is cool.
F-Zero isn't worth getting if you had Mario Kart though. It just doesn't even compare. F-Zero X on N64 is ace though
duno?? i remember we rented it once. UN squadron rox but that game is as rare as rocking horse ****. old multiplayer lemmings was a fav of yours right K?
Unirally (called Uniracer in the USA), excellent unicycle racing game. Sounds crap, but it's brilliant in 2 player. It's side on and has jumps and loops etc. There's loads of stunts and flips to do, it's great
