   Just got a new SSD from Scan.
   
   When I copy across the c: image, do I still need to offsett the partiion by a specific amount to get optimum performance?

   Are there any other XP OS mods that I should consider to get the most out of the build?
   Will be running it on an Asus A8n32-SLI Deluxe board via Lycom HDD Sata Controller
