    Yeah figured that out about 10 minutes after I posted on here. To be honest the more I play it the more I enjoy it and while I don't think the game is quite 9/10 I am swinging towards 80%. Who knows maybe by the time I have finished the first playthrough I will be like "ermergerd best game evar!!"

    Sounds like the test cell, every bethesda game I can remember from TES 3 onwards had one. The developers left them in to test elements of the game before placing them in the world. It's not an actual place you can get to normally without using the console, nor is it a cheat as such.
