    I imagine he does - you would presume that he had disagreements at some level with his bosses at Ubisoft to say that kind of thing.

    And given how much revenue AC and FC bring in for Ubisoft I doubt even 'directors' get all that much freedom in terms of direction.

    I enjoyed Farcry 3 and farcry 4, but it is fair to say they were essentially the same game in a different setting.
    (never bothered with primal, so can't comment)

    So maybe some new blood wouldn't hurt, though the cynic in me expects Ubi to stick to the formula i.e. outposts everywhere.
