    Hello to all.[IMG]

We start with a new mod, the Cryolab.

This is a very particular benchtable both as an aesthetic and as a performance, since it will have important hardware and cooling.

It will be a very complex and difficult to implement, since all the parts will be completely handmade except for a detail that will be made with CNC for practicality and processing time (I could also do these parts by hand, but the work I have to do are already too many and too complicated already of his).

As said the level of difficulty of the realization is very high because I will have to use a different approach and I will not be able to follow my usual pattern ordered in sequence. This is because the shape of the banquet (which I will have to modify, cut and open as a box) and what I have in mind to do, require several interconnected phases of work that do not allow to follow a logic.

Among other things then some parts that I will have to build will be experiments in progress, therefore additional difficulties.

Of course there will be airbrushes and artworks to reflect my style.

That said let's start by seeing the presentation wallpaper and the type of banquet chosen, the LD Cooling LD PC-V4

    Stay tuned.

Let's start immediately with the first photos.

I state that it will be a dual loop.

The banquet will mount on the sides 2 powerful 360 mm and 60 mm of thickness EK Coolstream XE rads with 6 Delta of 3500 rpm (3 for each rad) that will have to hold off a sli of 1080 TI with V MOD.

To hold off the 53/50 7700K binned (under custom loop) will instead be a 240 mm and 60 mm of thickness EK Coolstream XE with other 2 Delta equal to those above.

That said I will have to make some grids that in addition to aesthetics also serve for safety. If accidentally you put your fingers in the Delta at maximum power they are sliced ...

Let's look at the first stages of making grids.

    Stay tuned.

Here is how the front part of the rad 360 airbox is presented on the left side after the first painting phase.

In these photos you can already see the colors and the main theme of the mod that takes up the theme already shown in the presentation poster.

Keep in mind that the thing will also speculate in the right side for the other rad.

Still a lot to see I've just started.

    Stay tuned.

Radiator grid construction SX side stage 4.

    Mitsu Blade Alien grid logo.

Concept and design by Y.Gabrielli Casemod.

After having painted and airbrushed the Mitsu Blade Alien (main theme logo) and given the whole matte finish,
this is the final result after assembling the front part of the 360 mm radiator airbox on the left side panel.

In the photos the sequence of operations.

In the last photos you can also see the tangential lighting of the fan openings and the Delta logo.

    Stay tuned.

A lot of work and a lot to see again.[IMG]

Unexpected further advances and photos meanwhile if you please we look at the first video that includes these early stages of work.

There are also photos of a part of the hardware and some parts of the cooling (not all) that I will propose again in more detail later.

    Below the link.

    Stay Tuned.

    Good. Let's go forward.[IMG]

The construction of the parts that make up the front is almost finished.

In practice I created a 3D control panel.

In these photos we will see the whole sequence of the processing from the opening of the ventilation holes, the bay for the housing of the 2 Lamptron CM 430 controllers and the construction of the various parts.

Now the difficult is the painting that will be full of details and also because the various covers provide backlighting.

Only the button holes in the center console are missing.

    Stay tuned.

    2 x GTX 1080 TI Founders Edition.

    Intel I7 7700 K binned.

    Stay tuned.

    Always work on the Cryochamber.[IMG]

    A long and complex work.

In the end this detail will have to appear as a single piece made from solid except for the upper cover which will be removable for any intervention and eventually remove the tanks in case of need.

Then the joints must be perfectly grouted and finished before painting.

    Stay tuned.

Many parts to be made for the superior armor.

I finished the 1 cm plexy for the supports (ordered again).

In the photos you can see the front of the armor with the predisposition for the 2 LCD displays for liquid temperatures and the shape of the armor in the upper part of the MB where there is the eps 12V connector.

Also realized the MB I / O panel template.

    Stay tuned.

Work on the armor above the Maximus IX Formula continues.

A myriad of pieces to make but now we are almost finished.

It begins to take shape and begins to see its final shape.

Now all the openings for sleeved cables have to be made, holes for pipe feed-through for pipes and other modifications.

NB.The upper cover of the armor at the end of the work will be in one piece, except for the 2 ends SX and DX in the upper part (later we will see the developments and the why).

    Stay tuned.

The work on the armor proceeds.

In these photos we will see the changes made to the openings for the sleeving cables and the test pre-assembly of the feed-through fittings.

Try also the dimensions for the GTX 1080 TI (all ok).

    Stay tuned.

We pass temporarily to the back (on the upper armor we have to perform other works that we will see later).

After cutting the back panel (to which other openings will have to be made, for the psu, dynamic exhaust of hot air and the draining taps) I started making the first of the 2 supports on which the radiator plate should be placed EK Coolstream XE 240 for CPU.

    A long and complicated job.

    Stay tuned.
