    I don't understand caravans.

    They're just glorified portaloos.

The only "good" caravan's are so expensive you might as well go to a hotel anyway.

Also, OT: Vcenter survived! It even let me puke RHEL 5 guest into Hyper-V! RHEL doesn't boot. Can't find volume group 00. I'm not enough of a linux wiz to be confident that the fix for CentOS is going to work for RHEL.

Still, it's proved the concept, if only it can be made to boot at the other end. I figure the CentOS fix should work, CentOS is based on RedHat right?

@IanW @Arboreal I live right by the M5. Any weekend where is vaguely sunny, if you want to head south you need to be past Taunton before 9.30am latest. Heaven help you if you want to start out from my way after 9am. The whole M5 becomes a 10mph stopping and starting crawl fest for 50 miles. I feel your pain.

Caravans should be banned from using all roads south of Bristol and west of Swindon.

Right on the money there. I live between Taunton and Wellington and that stretch of the M5, J25 to J26, is one of the worst stretches and the slightest problem there leads to the A38, especially in Taunton, turning into a car park too.

Guys, I live near the A55, 87 miles of dual carriageway that links the ends of the M53 & M56 to Holyhead docks. Every Friday, it totally clags up, and the only diversion satnavs seem to mention is directly through my home town. There is an extra chunk in development, which will likely free up the stretch I have to use to get to/from work, but I doubt they'll even break ground for another decade...

@Mr_Mistoffelees - Those of us North of Bristol don't want the things either!

You can agree with everyone on at least one thing.

I'm chuffed. I hoped at the start they could get to the QFs, SFs is a bonus.

Today. Today has been incredibly isolating, no-one has been around to talk to, nothing to do.

Sounds like that one System of a Down song. Don't worry @Zoon, it'll be a day you'll be glad you survived.

    I thought everyone here was a anti-social misanthrope and/or reclusive shut-in?

Ah cheers. I was doing a days overtime but I was exception resource only. They were only going to call if something went wrong and it didn’t. So while everyone was doing the football or whatever other jobs I was within a few feet of my PC only.

Shed in Hertfordshire with a flat black roof. Got 2 fans pointed at my face and it's just bearable.

it'll be the back roof thats doing it. might be better off using those two fans to create through flow then just belting hot air in your eyes
