Since installing a new Creative Audigy 2 ZS and a Pioneer 121 16xDVD ROM I'm having some problems running games with EAX.The games are running at 5fpd(ay).I'm also having a problem with choppy DVD Audio playback. No problem with older games or CD Audio playback though.

The DVD ROM does not have an SPDIF connector and I'm wondering whether this is the problem or if it's something else.

Also there is an ! next to the PCI Serial controller and when I tried to install the latest Audigy 2 drivers I got an error message saying no Audigy 2 device found on your system even though the Card is recognised in the Device manager and in the Creative System Information panel.

    Specs
    1.2 ghz Athlon
    256 SDRAM
    WIN98SE

    Cheers ,
    Mog

The problem is that it's made by Creative.

Try the card in a different slot... that often helps.
