I got my new laptop today its a hi-grade dought you've herd of them but it seems to be really nice anyway down to business the specs P4m 2.2Ghz 640mb DDR ram 32mb dedicated Geforce4 440 to go GFX chip 60Gb hard drive DVD/CD-writer combo drive 14.1" XGA TFT USB2 Firewire etc... CF slot etc.... Wifi weisghs about the same as my old one but is smaller and has a lot more crap in it I'll get the pictures up when i've got hosting and a camera to hand its damn nice and i like it

Well i had my old one and the LEA have just sent me a spanky new one so i now have 2 and im a 1337 h4X0r coolies
How much it cost? well free from LEA possibly, but retail..... in the market for a lappy, if ones up for sale
i had a look yesterday and its £1300 without the software, its a nice lappy it does the job and it does it well. Its not to heavy not the lightest but still good enuf.

Hi-Grade are indeed Asus. They distribute Asus lappys in the UK. All in all they're pretty good machines, though personally I'd have gone for a Pentium-M and not a Pentium-4m
Local Education Authority. Part of your county-council that assesses your income / financial position and determine how much student loan you are entitled too. Also, they decide if you are eligable for any contributions towards your fees. I hate my LEA. They gave me minimum loan and no fee allowance.
it is a wee light thing but its for the gameboy colour or advance it plus in to the side of the unit its quite nifty
