I'd be all over Ryzen if I was building at the moment, particularly as you'll have access to the next Gen CPUs with a B550 board. I have little experience with Biostar, but feel they are a 'tier 2' supplier. OC on Ryzen needs good VRMs from what I've read, and you may not do any better manually than PBO offers out of the box. Looking at Ebuyer, who list both, (subject to reviews), I'd suggest spending £7 more on the Asrock B550 Pro4 ATX board. If you can go mATX, MSI's Mortar has been well reckoned in B450 and B500. /2p
