    Hi All

I'm looking for recommendations on a sub £40 pair of USB powered and connected (no 3.5mm jack) desktop speakers. Have been playing No Mans Sky with my son (4.5) and my headphones don't really work for this.

I have been very happy with my Dell AC11M currently on sale for £41. Downside is it is intended to be mounted one a hand full of Dell monitors. I liked the unit enough I bought a second speaker for a non-Dell Monitor and made an adapter, link.

Thanks, does it do the audio over USB?

That's great. Do you have a compatible monitor for mointor or do do you need a stand?

No, I have an aw3420dw so its just perched on the desk underneath it. Not a massive problem as only use it when I play with my son but a stand might not be a bad idea as makes the desk look more tidy. Any recommendations?
