hahaha what fun...i guess the rules have to be there...dunno howmany people are going to follow them though
They should to be dead chuffed it's passed into the vernacular, like hoovered the carpet or I'll have a coke. Publicity money can't buy.
They probably just got fed up of the amount of copies of Photoshop that people keep downloading just so they can "Photoshop" images. philth
I cleaned this carpet using a Hoover® vacuum cleaner. I will have a cool, refreshing Coca-Cola® please.
You dumbass. 1) I'd be in breach of using the TRADEMARK correctly. It has nothing at all to do with copyright. 2) They didn't say capitalise the entire word, they meant just the P at the beginning. Try looking at their examples below. What I wrote was perfectly in line with their requirements. I even copied and pasted the line from their document.
Is this fear of when a word enteres every day language, you can't have as much rights to it? i remeber reading something about google been worried that once the phrase "to google" is meaning the same as "to search the public internet" they loose control on the trademark, i swear there was an artical on the reg, but i can't find it.
