    hm. ive been looking for one of the smart cars here in america
    and ive found some but they're too far away
    one of them came stock for lil over 14,000$
    i reeeeaaalllly want one due to the gas prices here...
    even tho its like 4$ in europe lol
    any info on finding one would be more than appreciated

    You mean the smart city coupe? 0.6 litre engine. You'll be a laughing stock. Good on you though i say, show your fellow people that they don't need a big engine.

    Yea.. well the new ones are gonna be hella hard to find here... :sigh:
    and even if i do the price tag will be..PRICY...
    i saw the pics of the roadster.. some secksi stuff .heh
    i'd look nice in it
    and yea we Texans love our SUV's n Trucks... :rolleyes:

    the official introduction of the Smart onto the US market is scheduled for 2006 (see www.smart.com). However the US FAQ seems to suggest that they are already available in Mexico, if that helps...

    edit - they only plan to introduce a new four seater in the US... :rolleyes:

    More than two seats in a smart shoud be some kinda crime against nature!

    i'd recommend one of the honda hybrids..... 60+ mpg isn't all that bad, and its still a civic in the front, so you can seat two full sized adults and fit a fair amount of lugage in it

    a decent hybrid as well, but the insight seems to get better milage and handle/perform more like a regular car
