    Title says it all. What do I need? How do I do it? I have a soldering gun right in front of me, and my uncle solders like a pro. Help please.

    some good sheilded 4 pin connectors... i reccomend screw in ones.

    XLR microphone connections are 3-pin. They do have good voltages, however, making them great for power. :)

    XLR connectors come in 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 pin forms in my catalogue, plus nickel plate, black and various colours. ;)

    Would any XLR connectors work for a VGA monitor? And how should I go about making the cable for my keyboard to hook up to that?

    OK, if anyone would be so kind as to tell me which of those XLR connections I need for USB (which male and which female) plus the same for VGA, I would owe them bad.

    Here is how ZapWizard made the VGA connector:

    1) And for the keyboard you'll just need to take off the old connectors. Make sure to mark the position of the wires.
    2) Resolder the connectors to the XLR connector making sure to match up the wires correctly.
