Ive seen a few different keyboard mods but after Ive altered the status LED to blue what are my options for illumination of my standard cheapo black wired keyboard. I want an under-key glow that covers the whole keyboard, doesnt need to be that bright, but needs to be blue Its powering it thats my main concern!?! Coz PS2 cant really power a whole keyboard mod, can it? deano.
That only applies to that kind of keyboard though doesnt it? Im looking to get under key lighting on a standard black PS2 keyboard. Anyone? deano.
The principle however is the same.... you could illuminate it with some EL wire, or sheet, CCFLs if there's space.. or even leds with some kind of light defuser... just pick up sticks and have a bash at it... what's the worst you'll do... break the keyboard? meh go for it...
